**About our Role**

The **Customer Care Administrator** will be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by:

- resolving customer concerns or complaints by determining the cause of the problem and finding an appropriate solution or escalating to the Customer Care Leader if required.
- assisting with parent accounts, weekly billing, setting up payment plans and debt recovery
- assisting with daily children checks ensuring all children booked to attend OSHC have been signed in or marked as absent each afternoon and contact parents to follow up. In rare emergency situations, contacting police to report will be required.
- ensuring data integrity and customer privacy is maintained at all times

managing the Medical Registers, Emergency Drills, Responsible Persons Registers, First Aid Checklists, Additional Activity Sign Out process & audits.
auditing & ordering walkie-talkies at programs ensuring good working condition
- assisting with Inclusion Support Claims

responsible for ordering stationary & Coles orders for the support office
- assisting the Workforce Planner with sourcing temporary staffing when needed
- supporting programs with QikKids software support & training
- assisting with sending of any bulk communications to parents
- completing any adhoc administrative duties as required

This is a maternity leave contract - 14 months with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

**Do you have what we’re looking for?**

We are on the lookout for an individual who has a proven record in being able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and not afraid to get in and get your hands dirty. You must have:

- Previous experience in a customer service-based environment or OSHC experience with a desire to move into a customer service position.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable is highly desirable
- Excellent customer resolution ability
- Strong communication skills
- Solid administrational and MS Office competency
- have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- highly organised with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities
- a positive can do attitude
