**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional assistance with day-to-day inquiries and feedback.
- Actively listen to and interpret client communications to identify their needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement meetings, ensuring open communication and understanding of their requirements.
- Conduct service review meetings with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. These meetings will form a critical part of your role’s KPIs.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to clearly communicate client requirements and work together to resolve issues efficiently.
- Deliver tailored solutions promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction and uphold Symbio’s reputation for quality service.
- Leverage software tools and systems to investigate and resolve client queries.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and efficiently manage tasks within a shared inbox to meet deadlines and service standards.
