Your Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating a high level of professionalism across our Customer Care Team
• Supporting families with enrolments and accounts, via phone and email
• Determining the nature of calls and providing appropriate response/assistance
• Ensuring data integrity and customer privacy is always maintained
• Managing any areas of concern / customer complaints and escalating to team leader when necessary
• Data analysis and reporting
• Being a subject matter expert on XAP (booking system)
• Sending of any bulk communications to parents
• Completing any ad hoc administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service-based environment
• XAP experience would be highly regarded.
• Industry experience would be highly regarded
• Excellent customer resolution ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid administrational and MS Office competency
• Have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Ability to drive and increase a positive working culture.
• Highly organised & ability to multi-task
• A positive can-do attitude
