**The role**:
We are currently looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator who will contribute to the profitability, growth, and continuous improvement of GPC Asia Pacific’s Transport network. You will be the lead for coordinating transport schedules including requirements for set promotional periods whilst analysing and coordinating issues nationally to support transport on a day-to-day basis.

**Duties will include**:

- Transport data analysis and reporting
- Invoice verification, allocation, and payment
- Coordination of transport claims and processing credits
- Freight rate card management
- Fuel surcharge calculation and distribution
- Coordinating DC/Store delivery schedules during modified and promotional periods
- Coordination of transport requirements for new store openings and store property works
- Reporting of delivery on time (DOT) performance from transport carriers
- Daily management of transport management system
- Liaising with internal and external members to support and resolve coordinate issue resolution
- Key support for Transport Strategic Operations Manager

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Exposure to cost analysis and basic invoice processing
- Exposure to using and operating a Transport Management System
- Ideally degree qualified in Logistics/Transport or similar discipline
