Promotional Inventory Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a **Promotional Inventory Planning specialist** within our Supply Chain Planning team at Rowville. Reporting to the Supply Planning Program Manager, this role will own the delivery of promotional inventory to support the Merchandise strategies for our Repco Retail promotional plans.

This role will be based at either our National Support Office in Rowville (Victoria), or **other location depending on applicants’ location.**

**About the role**:

- Promotional Planning for Retail Catalogues & Retail sales events are what we do & flawless execution is our goal
- You will be working with a high performing and professional Supply Chain & Logistics team, delivering excellence in Retail Inventory management & execution for the all the Retail events we deploy every year Easter catalogue’s, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Xmas and many more exciting retail catalogues and tactical events
- The day-to-day functions are highly collaborative in nature, and you must be able to flex style, communication, and processes to accommodate working closely with stakeholders in the Merchandise, Supply Chain, Logistics & Marketing teams. We work together, plan together, execute together and win together
- With over 400 Repco stores across Australia & New Zealand, execution through Inventory & forecast analysis, purchasing from suppliers and the final step of deploying the allocation of Inventory across this large store network. You will be supported by a foundation of data literacy through a suite of technology tools, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, COGNOS, and Mainframe ERP all designed to help deliver meaningful planning, predictive analytics and plan outputs
- End to End supply chain for promotional inventory planning requires a strong capability and understanding of all aspects of the chain from demand planning, supply chain planning and domestic and International Logistics. Satisfying our customers is first and foremost and you can achieve this by always thinking of ways to best optimise the product flow from our suppliers all the way to our 400+ Repco store network

- Exceptional data analytical, evaluation and interpretation skills
- A minimum Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Access Database knowledge will be favourably considered as will experience with COGNOS and Mainframe ERP systems
- Be customer-centric and always focused on delivering the best outcomes to internal and external customers.
- Proactive in providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Ability to keep yourself and cross-functional team members focused on timeline deliverables
