About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Victoria team. You will support the sales team and customers by managing sales administration, preparing quotes, and handling inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare and issue quotations
  • Process sales orders and track deliveries
  • Support the sales team with documentation and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with logistics and technical teams
  • Follow up with customers on orders and service requests
  • Complete other tasks as required

Who You Are

  • Australian resident with the right to work in Australia
  • Passionate about robotics and enjoy a dynamic workplace
  • Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
  • Experience in robotics or industrial automation is desired
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a positive attitude
