About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Victoria team. You will support the sales team and customers by managing sales administration, preparing quotes, and handling inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Process sales orders and track deliveries
- Support the sales team with documentation and reporting
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with logistics and technical teams
- Follow up with customers on orders and service requests
- Complete other tasks as required
Who You Are
- Australian resident with the right to work in Australia
- Passionate about robotics and enjoy a dynamic workplace
- Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
- Experience in robotics or industrial automation is desired
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Team player with a positive attitude
