**Open Dialogue Pilot Research Assistant - Inner Melbourne Community Team**
- Part Time, 64 hours | Fixed Term 12 month contract
- City of Melbourne area (Carlton, North Melbourne, CBD)
- Become a key member of the RMH MHS Inner Melbourne Community Mental Health Team

This role is a key member of the RMH MHS Inner Melbourne Community Mental Health Team; a new team providing mental health, treatment, care and support in the City of Melbourne area (Carlton, North Melbourne, CBD). The team will provide an innovative integrated Open Dialogue Model of Care as part of a translational research project under the auspices of the Victorian Collaborative Centre of Mental Health and Wellbeing. The team will include both clinical and lived and living experiences peer support workforce with a focus on participation of the consumers family/support network from the beginning of their engagement with the team.

**Your new role**:

- Coordinate ethics and governance processes
- Coordinate network meetings and recruit research participants.
- Collect and record participant information and consent procedures ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
- Contribute to data collection, data entry, data checking and analysis.
- Active participation in the communication and dissemination of research where appropriate.
- Administration support for the team

**About you**:

- You hold an undergraduate degree incorporating relevant education in research with people (eg: nursing, allied health, public health, psychology, social science or health science)
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective research collaboration and engagement
- Flexible and responsive to changing priorities
