- Target organisation and their clients/customers including retail, commercial, and residential markets.
- Convert pipeline and acquire new customers and accounts to achieve business targets.
- Create and lead sales presentations for your agencies and clients and for the team.
- Develop and implement quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting/pipeline management.
- Create market-leading solutions and presentations for your clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Have an active role and input in team strategy and company sales meetings and initiatives.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Strong background in sales & account management.
- Experience in marketing and advertising.
- Knowledge & understanding of the needs of the Commercial, Retail, and Resident property market within Qld.
- Willingness to increase sales through learning about your target markets and customer base.
- Proven ability to close deals, present directly to clients, achieve targets, and leverage existing relationships within Queensland.
