We are looking for our next Full-Time Sales Managerto join the ibis Styles team.

Job Description

Reporting directly to our General Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:

  • Overseeing and managing the sales, catering and marketing functions of the Hotel
  • Focusing on maximising meeting and events revenue
  • Responsibility for proactive sales and lead generation
  • In collaboration with the Revenue Manager, developing comprehensive strategies aimed at maximising REVPAR
  • Develop and execute sales plans using innovative promotional campaigns and focusing on local partnerships
  • Drive new business acquisition and implement cross selling strategies
  • Leadership of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous Sales and Marketing experience- preferably in a hotel environment
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people
  • Entrepreneurial sprit with drive, ambition and a high level of energy
  • Demonstrated business and sales acumen
  • A care for your fellow Heartists
  • A desire to have fun at work
  • FULL Australian Working Rights - this role is not available for sponsorship
