**What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Daily Hustle)**

As our **Digital Strategist**, you’ll be the captain of the ship when it comes to delivering growth for our clients. You’ll take their marketing goals and turn them into campaigns that slay on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Here’s what that looks like:

- **Creating killer strategies** for eCommerce and service-based clients that don’t just meet goals—they smash them.
- **Managing client relationships** like a pro—be the go-to for their marketing needs (and the occasional meme).
- **Building and optimising ad campaigns** that convert like crazy and bring the results clients rave about.
- Keeping a sharp eye on **campaign performance** to make sure everything’s on point (and tweaking when it’s not).
- Working hand-in-hand with our Media Buyers to test and scale creative ideas that actually work.
- Turning numbers into stories by preparing **clear, insightful reports** that show clients exactly how awesome their campaigns are doing.
- Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with all the latest platform changes, trends, and marketing hacks.

**What Makes You Our Unicorn**

We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about digital marketing as we are, with:

- **2+ years’ experience** in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (for both lead gen and eCommerce).
- A knack for understanding **marketing metrics** and using them to drive real business results.
- **Agency experience** (it’s a big plus if you’ve been in the fast lane before).
- **Organisational skills that would put a Bunnings sausage sizzle to shame**—efficient, reliable, and loved by all.
- A flair for building strong **client relationships**—you’re the person people trust.
- Bonus points if you’ve got experience with **CRMs** and understand how to help clients close deals, not just generate leads.
