Digital Marketing Specialist

We provide flexible disability support services that are centred on the client's needs and want. **JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Purpose of the role**:

- The main purpose of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to produce and manage tailored content, typically for the web through social media, with the goals of carrying out marketing campaigns and fulfilling business goals._

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Building the Company’s social media presence via various marketing platforms, as advised, by designing and posting engaging content
- Tailoring content to appeal to target demographics
- Being responsible for maintaining the monthly social media calendar and staff newsletter
- Preparing relevant advertising materials for marketing events
- Conducting analysis of events including engagement, attendance and outcome levels
- Assisting with conducting market analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, to support the Company in maintaining its competitive edge
- Assisting with meeting monthly targets
- Revising and optimising dated content using information gathered in SEO research
- Other admin tasks that may be assigned

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Bachelor’s degree or students in their final year of study in marketing, business, communications or related field.
- Previous sales experience of 6-12 months (desired) but not essential. Experience with designing creative content (desired).
- Existing knowledge (desired) or willingness to learn about NDIS and the relevant field. Strong passion for mental health and disability.
- Familiar with Canva and Mail Chimp
