About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, you will assist in Supporting the marketing team with briefing and executing planned marketing activity. Your key responsibilities include:
Support the marketing team with briefing and executing planned marketing activity

Manage marketing competitions, including briefing team for assets, developing T&Cs, selecting winners and facilitating prizes

Coordinate the production of creative assets and outputs to ensure we deliver in full and on time for each promotion and campaign

Work with suppliers and wider organisation to provide & collate feedback on key visual assets

Assist with the development and execution of a LAM (Local Area Marketing) strategy, including the coordination of offline distribution, such as flyers, pamphlets and magnet letterbox drops

Assist CRM and eCommerce strategy including promotion setup and direct marketing campaigns

Assist with managing affiliate marketing program, working closely with partners to maximise activity

Manage marketing queries from partners/media and respond/escalate accordingly

Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on various marketing metrics

Ad-hoc marketing responsibilities, including various administrative duties such as invoice management, file management etc

**Experience**:
1+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably within an e-commerce retail

environment

Exposure to multi-channel campaigns

Detail focused, with a data driven mindset

Tertiary Marketing qualification desired

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities

Work collaboratively across the team but can also tackle projects independently
