**What you'll do
The ways to connect with customers is rapidly evolving. We are looking to innovate in how we are connecting with customers and effectively leveraging content, technology, data and insights to step change and enhance the in store experience across all customer touchpoints.

In the newly created role of Head of Digital Marketing (in store and omnichannel) your mission will be to lead the Next Gen In Store Marketing team and build the strategy that articulates the role of the digital marketing channels and connects them through the customer journey in the context of the broader in store canvas and omnichannel customer experience.

This role will be the Brand & Marketing lead for the In Store Digitisation program and will require strong collaboration with our partners and stakeholders to deliver.
- Develop a strategy for digital marketing touchpoints throughout the customer journey, from inspirational communications to point-of-sale content.
- Collaborate with In Store Marketing chapters to optimise the in-store canvas using complementary digital approaches.
- Determine long-term content architecture and requirements for screens, CMS, and content delivery in partnership with relevant teams.
- Conduct customer journey mapping to identify technology needs for exceptional omnichannel experiences. Oversee the configuration and utilisation of marketing technology to support campaigns and in-store brand experiences.

**What You'll Bring
- Passion and experience in retail/FMCG digital communications.
- Over 10 years of experience in digital communications and traditional marketing channels, including in-store channels and point of sale.
- Expertise in developing omnichannel communications frameworks and strategies within high-performing marketing, advertising, or media teams, including in-store channels.
- Experience implementing and managing technology platforms to support marketing strategies, enhance customer experience, and optimise integrations and business processes.
- Proven ability to lead go-to-market planning and campaign delivery for digital products or services. Demonstrated experience in project and campaign management, from objectives and briefing to strategic evaluation, stakeholder management, production, and measurement.
