**Our opportunity**

To analyse, design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and operationally stable solutions with emphasis on innovation and delivering business value. Provide solution design capability for the Member Registry Solution and ensure solution delivered meets the needs of the business and the overarching technology requirements. To liaise with key stakeholders in determining functionality and implementation of the technology platforms in Australian Unity.

**What you will do**
- Implementing the agreed Technology Roadmap including strategic governance (via Architect)
- Identifying and managing tech debt and associated risks
- Asset health/lifecycle management, including currency and licensing compliance
- Provide technical mentoring, leadership and guidance to the development team
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation & ensure they understand the scope & value of Technology services so that they see us as a vital enabler of their business strategy

**About you**
- Previous experience in a software engineering role and a technical lead role
- Experience and working knowledge of Big Data solutions. Experience with Python, PySpark and AWS native data services a plus (Glue, DynamoDB, RDS etc.)
- Proven project and delivery skills, and an ability to work in an Agile environment
- Experience and working knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform, it’s features and limitations
- Experience of Salesforce Communities a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as good skills in time and resource management
- Extensive knowledge of documentation, coding, testing, and deployment using multiple development languages and platforms
