**Join Our Team as a System and Automation Enablement Lead**

Are you ready to shape the future of logistics technology? Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a dynamic System and Automation Enablement Lead to introduce and implement innovative technology solutions across our network operations, fleet, and facilities.

**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a technology roadmap aligned with operational goals.
- Identify areas for automation, digitization, and integration to drive efficiencies in our asset operations.
- Lead change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies.
- Implement data analytics tools to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations for technology implementation and data security.
- Contribute to the selection and management of technology vendors that meet TGE's operational needs.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years in Operations, Technology, or Planning roles.
- Strong experience in technology implementation, operations management, and process optimization.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Robust leadership abilities to drive operational change and foster continuous improvement.
- Vendor management skills, including evaluation and selection.
- Knowledge of compliance, data protection, and security standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, IT, business, or finance-related discipline.
