A fantastic opportunity at nbn, as a Business Enablement and Technology Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager Planning Governance and Delivery.

A bit about your role

Reporting to the Executive Manager Planning, Governance & Business Enablement, the role of Business Enablement and Technology Manager will ensure successful and aligned business enablement process and frameworks are in place across Fixed Wireless Engineering. This includes the implementation of governance and processes that ensure compliance to best practise standards and enables efficient delivery of business objectives. This role will be directly responsible for working closely with the Fixed Wireless Engineering teams on deliverables associated with governance, business reporting and insights, risk and continuous improvement, serving as a key focal point for all related business enablement inputs and outputs.

The role is also responsible for the delivery of Lifecycle Technology Investment Initiatives, Technology Trials, Special Projects, Capacity and Performance driven Volume Rollout Initiative that are critical to the Fixed Wireless Engineering’s business. The role will include extensive stakeholder coordination, and management of projects and resources to successfully deliver projects.

As such it is expected that the Business Enablement and Technology Manager will be able to draw on significant industry technical and commercial knowledge and experience to provide meaningful input into decision making and risk assessment across the business unit.
