**What do you need?**
- Previous experience in phone customer service and/or phone sales
- Have excellent customer service skills & communication skills
- Passionate about sales support & helping customers
- A proactive attitude towards fast problem-resolution
- Able to manage high volume of calls
- Reliable & consistent
- Have adequate computer skills including Outlook, booking/scheduling systems (in-house system training provided)
- Be able to work autonomously
