We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Procurement Team as a Procurement Manager - Packaging. This role is responsible for the flexible packaging (base film and converters), corrugate, and folding cartons for the PepsiCo ANZ Business; leading sourcing activities, spend analysis, supply development, identifying productivity opportunities, supplier performance monitoring, control and reporting for all packaging spend within ANZ.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Drive the productivity agenda for packaging in ANZ
- Own end-to-end strategic sourcing process including leading supply development and performance
- Support the NPD agenda to deliver projects successful, on time, and within agreed financials
- Work closely with Supply Chain to drive stronger supply efficiencies
- Conduct high level complex supplier negotiations

Qualifications:
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- 5 years minimum experience in a senior procurement category management position
- Excellent influencing skills to positively impact complex negotiations
- Sound project management and analytical skills
- Effective people leader
- Contract writing / risk analysis / liabilities and indemnities / SLA’s / and general commercial terms
- Demonstrated technical procurement knowledge of packaging conversion
