**Your new company**

This State Government department is looking for an experienced Executive Officer to assist with the restructure of their department and to provide departmental management assistance.

**Your new role**
- Managing and providing confidential, professional, and discrete administration support
- Provide oversight, guidance, and follow-up to staff to ensure expectations are fully delivered
- Managing and reporting budgetary activities
- Maintain all appropriate information and records
- Create and manage electronic files within appropriate databases

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous qualifications in administration, business management or business support highly desirable but not essential.
- Previous Government experience or knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge of records management
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport building
- A proactive attitude and high attention to detail

Please note: Out of hours work may be required.
