Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a APS4 Compliance Response Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.
About the Role
The position will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities.
The APS4/5 Compliance Response Officer will work within a team to produce work of high quality to achieve outcomes within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities required will include but may not be limited to:
- Reviewing and auditing participant and provider data from multiple sources and assessing inconsistencies to ensure the department delivers services and payments in line with legislation and policies.
- Engaging with providers and participants to address compliance requirement queries.
- Undertaking activities to assess and treat the risk of non-compliance by participants and providers, including inappropriate claims.
- Ensuring timely escalation of information and more complex cases to relevant teams for remediation in accordance with legislation.
