This Federal Government Department is taking the lead to support the growth of Australia’s Energy Sector as part of a new investment to back technologies and projects that will help to reduce global emissions, boost jobs and support Australia’s economy. This organisation is responsible for growing a stronger Australia through long-term strategic planning, investing and support of industry bodies, initiatives and policy development.
Your new role
As a cyber compliance specialist you will be responsible for the following:
- Writing accreditation documents including Statement of Applicability, Security Risk Management Plan, Security System Plan and Certification Repots.
- Effectively communicating security concepts and controls
- Providing security advice
- Take direction from the ITSA while working within the program team
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a cyber compliance role is required
- Experience as a cyber compliance specialist
- Demonstrated experience in the skillsets above
- Thorough understanding of PSPF, ISM and IRAP
- A Baseline Security clearance or higher and Australian Citizenship
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgement
- Be adaptable in an agile environment
- Have the ability to communicate with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
