ABOUT THE ROLE
Make your mark by supporting our business - from general administrative and finance tasks to commercial support for the farm network and the procurement function. You will be the go-to person for the business supporting cross-functionally and building working relationships for long-term success.
The Commercial Support Officer is a person who never walks past an issue and enjoys helping people. This role requires a commercially savvy and highly organised person who understands the importance of clear communication and has a supportive work style that genuinely influences positive business outcomes.
Key duties include:
- Administrative support across business functions from farming and procurement to production and sales and marketing
- General administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies, travel bookings, insurance claims and maintenance of company registers
- Finance administrative tasks including company credit card reconciliations, banking and accounts, and monitoring of inventory processes and records
- Commercial support for AOC’s farm network including procurement of equipment
- Commercial support for direct and indirect procurement across the business including forecasting
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers including contract review
ERP experience and prior experience in procurement, contracts and finance would be advantageous. This job can be based in Sydney or in Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast.
