- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operation of the office.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing hardware installations with technicians.
- Diligently follow up on installation dates, ensuring all schedules are up to date.
- Respond to basic technical queries from technicians.
- Conduct Over-The-Air quality checks on newly installed hardware.
- Distribute tasks to appropriate departments using our internal CRM System.
- Efficiently organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- **Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role within a tech company.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Keen attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
