**The role**:
A unique, 6-month opportunity now exists for an Executive Officer within the Service Delivery Group, providing support to members of the Service Delivery leadership team as well as guidance to other members of the team. This role is important to the success of the organisation by ensuring that the executive leadership team are supported by a highly capable group enabling them to achieve their objectives.
Accountabilities for the role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Leading all administrative functions within the General Manager’s office, including the end-to-end coordination of the General Manager’s schedule, correspondence, communications, presentations, workflows and travel requirements.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Service Delivery leadership team, effectively prioritising requests and delegating work to other stakeholders as appropriate.
- Supporting the Service Delivery Leadership team in selected projects, reporting and information sourcing and follow up activities.
- Coordinating the secretariat functions within the group.
- Co-ordinating meetings and events for the Service Delivery group.
- Ensuring the General Manager is fully briefed on any business or employee issues as appropriate.
- Ensuring the successful management of projects across the group using effective project management skills.
