**What You Will Be Doing**
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to Peninsula Health’s Executive Director team. The role coordinates a range of administrative and reporting functions on behalf of the relevant Executive Director’s Program as well as the coordination of key Executive Committees. Working closely with the Executive Team, this role also provides support with the daily operation of the Executive Office. Additionally, the Executive Assistant may be required provide administrative support to the Executive Director’s Deputy and other clinical staff as well as undertake other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Director or Team Leader.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Experience in personal administrative support, preferably at Executive level
- Organisational and time management skills, including capacity to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate own and others’ work to deliver agreed outcomes within strict deadlines.
- A demonstrated ability to show initiative, improve systems and processes
- Advanced skills and experience in MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated integrity and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to salary circular for HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
