**The Role**
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Reservations Assistant. This role will see you working in our Mornington Reservations Office where you will be managing guest queries and reservations via phone and servicing our guests in a customer facing capacity.

Your day will see you:

- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service as the first point of contact for all our guests queries
- General reception and administrative tasks such as sales transactions, answering phones, preparing of gift certificates
- Undergo training as required for new products, ensuring you have up to date product knowledge
- Manage customer bookings, ensuring a high level of details and accurate information is provided
- Effectively communicate with other departments in regards to guest queries and requests

We are seeking someone with previous experience in reception, reservations, administration or customer service, with the ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls. Quick learning abilities is a must for understanding our booking systems which will require a strong attention to detail. Guest satisfaction is key and your strong work ethic and passion for customer service ensures you every success.
