**About the role**
My client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator that is looking for the next step in their career. This role supports the Culture team within this NFP organisation located in Frankston. The ideal person will have an ability to forward plan and be able to contribute positively to the culture of the business.
**Responsibilities**
General Support of the Cultural Heritage Unit:
- Follow ups.
- Locating files/documents.
- Phone Correspondence.
- Data Entry.
- Responding to notices of intent to prepare CHMPs.
- Checking and confirming prescribed fee payments.
- Collating documents/general filing.
- Maintaining records.
- Auditing.
- Meeting minute taking.
- Organising internal meetings and events.
- Booking in any required training for employees
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
**Skills/ Experience**
- Full Victorian driver’s licence.
- High level stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality
**About the client**
This role will support the Culture team within this of a not for profit organisation. The business aims to preserve and protect the land and cultural values across Greater Melbourne, Morning Peninsula and Bass Coast.
