Position Overview
We're looking for a
driven, entrepreneurial, and well-connected Commercial Finance Broker
to join our team on a
commission-only basis
. This role suits someone with strong networking skills, an existing client base, or the ability to proactively generate their own leads. If you thrive on independence, sales performance, and relationship building, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients through proactive networking and self-generated leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts.
- Assess client needs, structure suitable finance solutions, and manage applications through to settlement.
- Stay informed on lender policies, market trends, and credit criteria.
- Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Represent Broc Finance professionally at networking events, industry functions, and business groups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial, asset, or equipment finance broking (preferred).
- Strong ability to generate leads and build a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in networking and developing referral partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work autonomously.
