Exciting opportunity for an administration professional to join a market leading global brand in a multifaceted role. This opportunity primarily involves delivering operational support to the Market Director for NSW/ACT and the broader state focused team to set them up for success. You would have peer support from our network of Team Assistants and be empowered to drive admin process improvements for your stakeholders.

**What are the focus points of the role?**
- Diary management and travel coordination for the Market Director NSW/ACT
- Liaising with licensees across NSW/ACT to coordinate relevant meetings and corresponding travel requirements
- Office Management of our satellite Walsh Bay office, attending the office once a week to check upkeep required
- Providing regular end to end event support for relevant training centre initiatives
- Processing staff change requests for Onboarding/Offboarding/Position Changes
- Booking travel for department employees
- Processing invoices in a timely manner
- Participating in the planning and execution of department special events
- Ordering catering and supplies as required
- Liaising with other Team Assistants to ensure collaboration and an agile approach to tasks
- Executing ad hoc administrative requests to support the department

**Qualifications**

**What skills do I need to be successful in this role?**
- Diary management and travel booking capability
- Experience in event coordination is preferable
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport well
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
