**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Admin Assistant (internally known as a National RTO Assistant) to provide the National RTO team with administrative and compliance support. This is an exciting entry level opportunity in a supportive team environment where you'll learn lots of transferable skills. On the job training will be provided so you're set up for success. **What are the main focus points of the role?**
- Processing data entry tasks both with accuracy and speed using our management system
- Recording and maintaining all participant records to adhere to relevant standards in a confidential manner
- Collating information and assisting in the preparation of statistical information and monthly reports
- Identifying discrepancies in participant records, raise exceptions and track using the exceptions register
- Scheduling fees and charges through relevant system
- Undertaking general administrative duties in a professional manner
- Providing support to other departments including National Learning & Development and Regional RTO teams
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders including RTO Trainer and Assessors, Government bodies and Australian Apprenticeship Support Network
