We model this in our hiring process for our partners like McDonald's Australia Limited. **About the role at McDonald's Australia Limited** We're looking for an early careers Assistant Brand Manager "ABM" to join the gold arches - McDonalds Australia Limited As the ABM, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the development and execution of the annual marketing plans for the portfolio you will be working on. You will be a natural at building relationships, internally at all times, being an ambassador for a brand we all love. Some of the exciting things you will be doing: - Managing exciting new campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring internal alignment through key steps of the business process. - Being part of various brand building and social media campaigns that will improve long term brand measures. - Assisting the Senior Brand Managers in briefing, developing and executing the communication plans and managing external agency partners throughout the process. - Working collaboratively with the Consumer & Business Insights team to monitor and analyse key performance metrics including sales and brand metrics for relevant campaigns. - Taking initiative in developing own marketing expertise and business skills both through internal and external sources. - And more Bring your passion for consumers and be ready to put your knowledge of the social media market (what's cool, what's not) to use **Seniority** **Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn.
