**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a P&C Coordinator to be responsible for providing a high level of support, guidance, and assistance to the P&C Team and wider Funsquad. This role is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator or coordinator who is looking to progress their career in the P&C space, and have a hand in shaping culture, people, performance and benefits

**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the Head of P&C with various high-level projects and initiatives.
- Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, remuneration, communication, benefits, payroll support and contract management.
- Amend, review, and send out high volume letter of offers for team members at our many venues
- Assisting with the coordination of annual salary reviews and incentive reviews.
- Responding to and assisting with service tickets.
- Coordination of IR/ER matters and working closely with the P&C Business.
- Ensuring maintenance of accurate employee data and records.
- Providing advice and effective management of career development and team performance opportunities.
- Learning, understanding and conveying the various legislation, industrial instruments and policies and procedures applicable to our organisation to venue managers and fellow team members.

Skills & Experience

A significant portion of this role involves developing strong relationships with members of the Senior Operational Team, hence strong and effective communication skills is a must
- A minimum of 1-3+ years of experience within a similar role.
- Prior experience with HRIS systems in beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritise accordingly.
- Near complete tertiary qualifications in HR (desired, but not essential).
- The ability drive P&C initiatives and ensure general employment and workplace procedures remain paramount.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced/evolving workplace.
- Strong administrative and written skills.
- A strong work ethic - self driven with a high sense of urgency and excellent time management skills.
