The agency is an executive agency of the Australian Government responsible for providing weather services to Australia and surrounding areas.

**Your new role**
- organising and coordinating meetings including Senior Executive Service committees
- drafting and coordinating input to and clearance of a wide range of papers that may include briefs, plans, reports, meeting records, governance procedures, and communications material
- tracking and reporting on committee business and assurance, risk, and performance management processes
- liaising with colleagues across the Australian Climate Service and within stakeholder organisations, including with senior managers
- managing administrative processes including procurements.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Experience in:

- program and/or policy advice
- corporate planning and reporting
- corporate risk and assurance
- communications planning and stakeholder engagement
- office administration and supporting senior leadership.
