**Your new company**
A local Council located in the North-Eastern Suburbs is looking for a facility Help-Desk to join the team for a 3-month contract minimum, They are committed to building trust with the community and empowering their employees.
**Your new role**
- Handle both Facilities Maintenance operations and Minor works customer requests
- Prioritise and assign requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Close customer feedback loops and communicate any identified hold-points or unforeseen delays
- Identify tenant responsibilities in maintenance schedules before assigning works to contract partners
- Collaborate closely with the facilities Coordinator to track peak trends in requests
- Maintain a positive, team-based culture and professional image to the community
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and customer service principles
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment
