**Role description**:
Arcadis is seeking a Communications Manager to deliver the Australian internal and corporate communications strategy. You will also lead the communication of Australian & global business initiatives especially the development and delivery of change communication plans. As a company with true flexible working arrangements, this role can be based in any of our offices.
**Role accountabilities**:
- Develop ment of dynamic, enga g ing and high quality written content - blogs, internal commuications, case studies, presentations, speeches, newsletters and intranet stories.
- Lead organisation wide communication initiatives supporting communications for the leadership team
- P rovide specialist internal communications and employee engagement advice to the business, acting as a trusted advisor and championing the employee experience.
- Develop and execute communications and engagement plans for key AusPac initiatives, especially change initiatives.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure an ‘internal first’ mentality on external campaigns and initiatives, working to ensure our people are brand advocates.
- Regionalise global initiatives, ensuring they land effectively in AusPac and be an active part of the global Community of Practice, sharing best practice and contributing to global projects.
- M anage internal digital channels and work with our Manila G lobal E xcellence C entre in the development of int e rnal content.
- Manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, across all areas and levels of the business.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
First and foremost, you are a creative storyteller and shares our passion for improving quality of life. You play a collaborative role in the Marcomms function in raising the profile of Arcadis, delivering the global strategy, managing internal events and supporting Arcadians in serving our clients and markets. You will come to us with:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Journalism or Communications preferably).
- 5+ years’ business experience at professional level in communications, change management or similar role.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation (preferably international, and adapting to managing differing stakeholder objectives).
- Good Interpersonal skills and proven ability to project manage complex multi-channel initiatives
- Highly collaborative, energised by working on shared goals, with a growth mindset and always wanting to learn and improve.
- A creative thinker, with the ability to translate business strategies into engaging communications and adapt style to suit different channels or audiences.
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional written and communication skills with a highly professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
