We are seeking passionate and focused individuals to join our Parramatta Contact Centre on a permanent full time basis. You will be required to build on your current skills and experience to deliver great service to our customers by identifying and understanding customer needs, discussing our range of retail banking products, including credit cards, personal loans and transaction accounts through inbound and outbound calls. Our Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday between 8.00am -7.00pm. You will be required to work a monthly roster, with starting time between 8.00am and 10.30am and finishing time between 4.30pm and 7.00pm. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage customer enquiries for both existing and new customers, in a timely and efficient manner. - Provide retail banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards. - Work towards achieving key performance indicators.
