**About the role**:
This is a very exciting time to join our company as we are emerging as one of the top Architectural and Design Practices in Australia.

Working in conjunction with the Graphic Design Team, and very closely with the Leadership Team, you will use your exceptional organisational skills to compile, format, edit and produce beautifully presented EOIs, Submissions and Tenders. You will also be responsible for keeping our image library and templates up to date.

This role supports the company nationally, giving you an excellent opportunity to contribute to work on a national scale. You will become an integral member of Gray Puksand Support, ensuring the practice has all they need to continue producing first-class Architecture and Design services.

Our open and light-filled Sydney studio is in the heart of the Sydney CBD, close to trains, buses, and ferries, with onsite showers for those who enjoy riding or running to work. You will become part of our fun-loving, dedicated, and creative team of over 50 Architects and Designers, Architectural Technicians, Interior Designers and Graphic Design professionals.

Furthermore, we have embraced the Hybrid Working Model, encouraging a mixture of on-site and working from home options, allowing you the flexibility to work as efficiently as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The general duties of this role include:

- Writing and producing customised tenders, bids, and proposals using InDesign
- Compiling information and graphics for submissions, from the preparation of initial drafts to the final content
- Maintaining templates, CVs, and project sheets
- Updating the image library
- Liaising with architects and designers for information and timeframes
- Working on award submissions
- Managing Tender Portals
- Identifying suitable business opportunities and presenting them to the Leadership Team
- Ad-hoc administration

This exciting role requires a highly motivated and collaborative team member, who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and who rises to the challenge of what can sometimes be tight deadlines You take pride in your work and show initiative to ensure that everything you produce is of the highest quality possible.

You need to be a proactive communicator and be able to build strong internal relationships; collaboration is the key to success.

Ideally, you will also have:

- A background in graphics or marketing
- Experience working in a similar role within the architectural or design fields
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-honed skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- A creative flair
