My client, a Global Accounting and Business Advisory firm, located in Sydney CBD, are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide support with a wide range of clerical duties and daily coordination of their office in Barangaroo. As the Administrator/Team Assistant, you will be supporting a team of 6 professionals with daily office and business coordination tasks.
**Role**:
- Supporting professional accountants and advisers with the administrative activities connected to the delivery of our advisory and compliance services to our clients
- Liaise with regulatory authorities including ATO and ASIC.
- Document collation and preparation
- Filing documents with ASIC and liaising with ATO.
- Event coordination
- Developing social media content
- Occasional diary management and travel coordination
- Meeting coordination - Virtual and in person
- Payroll administration
- Maintain client database across all digital platforms
- General office duties (mail, telephone, reception, scanning)
- Supplier and Vendor management
- Facilities coordination
- HR Coordination tasks including assisting with hiring and on-boarding of new staff
- General office and administrative duties as required
**Essential**
- Proven experience in a financial services Sector
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, MS Suite, Excel, Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- Strong IT Skills and ability to learn new processes quickly
- Confident liaising with stakeholders
