We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This position is focused to provide the highest quality of Customer Experience within the community.
- **Total 11 hours 3x a week**:

- **Mon 9.00am - 1.00pm, Sat 9.00am -1.00pm, Sun 2.00pm - 5.00pm**

You will have exceptional people skills and thrive in a professional and customer centric environment. You will also have:

- Pleasant & welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation;
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a prompt & professional manner;
- Computer literacy with experience in Word, Excel & other Microsoft related programs;
- The ability to deliver customer focused solutions
- Strong time management skills;
- Good attention to detail
- A great ability to work both autonomously and be part of the team;
- Confident in problem solving & negotiating in sometimes ambiguous situations;
- Previous experience in Shopping Centre Customer Service or Hotel Concierge is highly desirable.
- Available and flexible to work rostered hours Monday to Sunday, which may include weekends, Thursday evenings, & some public holidays.

**About the opportunity**

You will be responsible for:

- Provide the highest outcomes in the customer experience to customers and retailers at the Centre;
- Maintain the ability to clearly explain directional information and tailor customer recommendations to current or seasonal offerings;
- Maintain customer service administration including but not limited to:
- Cash handling & gift card sales;
- Hiring out of customer equipment;
- Lost & found property;
- Transit information (bus, train & airport);
- Data entry & basic administration of Centre promotions, competitions
- Manage customer feedback.
- Investigating and resolving customer issues

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.38 - $35.07 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cockburn WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- COVID Vaccination Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
