**Casual position - must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays**

**About you**

You will have exceptional people skills and thrive in a professional and customer centric environment. You will also have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a prompt & professional manner.
- Computer literacy with experience in Word, Excel & other Microsoft related programs.
- The ability to deliver customer focused solutions.
- Strong time management skills.
- Good attention to detail
- A great ability to work both autonomously and be part of the team.
- Confident in problem solving & negotiating in sometimes ambiguous situations.
- Previous experience in Shopping Centre Customer Service or Hotel Concierge is highly desirable.

**About the opportunity**

You will be responsible to:

- Provide the highest outcomes in the customer experience to customers and retailers at the Shopping centre;
- Maintain the ability to clearly explain directional information and tailor customer recommendations to current or seasonal offerings.
- Maintain customer service administration including but not limited to:
- Cash handling & gift card sales.
- Hiring out of customer equipment.
- Lost & found property.
- Transit information (bus and train);
- Data entry & basic administration of Centre promotions and competitions
- Manage customer feedback.
- Investigating and resolving customer issues

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.06 - $44.88 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
