The Village Hospitality Manager is accountable for all phases of the food and beverage offerings throughout our Greenway Views Village. Responsible for functions and events, as well as part of the resident move in experience, this vital role will be accountable for the coordination of all these activities with the primary focus being to provide a resident-focused 5 star experience. This position works Monday to Friday with flexibility to attend village events as required.

**Professional Experience & Capabilities**
- Bachelor of Hotel, resort management or equivalent
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Understanding of hospitality management systems and procedures.
- Proven track record of driving hospitality operations and achieving key performance indicators.
- Experience in managing financial performance and budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a roster including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
