Leisure Accommodation Collective (LACo) is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and develop a team in what will be an iconic Australian destination product, The Village, Canberra. The property is the flagship venue of the group and with a vision to become Australia's best youth product this role is for someone wanting to turbocharge their career.

We require a Housekeeping Supervisor with previous experience in the hotel/hostel industry with the following traits:

- Housekeeping leadership experience at Supervisor level.
- Complete operational knowledge of housekeeping procedures, scheduling and operations.
- Experience with laundry and laundry processes (chemicals, times, waste).
- Impeccable leadership qualities, with the ability to develop an exceptional team.
- A complete understanding of productivity, the ability to implement new policies and procedures and a track record of working to budgets.
- A positive attitude with a vision to succeed.
- The drive to take this property to number 1

**What we require**:

- You need to be a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll need to lead and mentor the team and bring them to the level that our customers require and exceed their expectations.
- Promote The Village, LACo and other associated brands so that we are _the_ place to stay, work and play.

**Salary**: $64,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
