The Role

You'll play a vital part in nurturing a welcoming community, enhancing residents experiences through positive engagement and exceptional customer service. Operational success will be achieved through outstanding staff leadership and an individual alignment to Levande’s Values.
**Your Impact**:
- Oversee daily village operations, ensuring resident satisfaction remains consistently high
- Implement company policies and strategies to uphold community standards and Levande Values
- Cultivate robust customer relationships and facilitate village maintenance in a timely manner
- Play a key role in budget preparation and financial processing
- Ensure a safe environment for all residents, staff, volunteers and contractors
