**Qualifications and required skills**
Gooom Fast is a small family run passenger transport company operating a fleet of European sedans, SUV’s, vans and buses. We are currently seeking a part-time administration assistant who can work independently to complete day-to-day administration tasks.
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Complete general administrative tasks including filing, scanning and data entry
- Monitor phone lines and be the first point of contact for phone and online enquiries
- Update and maintain customer, driver and vehicle databases and records
- Driver onboarding processes including finding drivers and training
- Fleet management such as vehicle inspections and maintaining maintenance registers
- Customer engagement and meeting with potential clients
- Job allocation and monitoring drivers work and availabilities to get the most out of all vehicles
- Basic marketing tasks including but not limited to monitoring social media and designing marketing materials using the Adobe Design Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Qualifications**
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
- Full Australian driver's licence with 'T' condition is preferred
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products and experience in using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of social media as an advertising tool
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines through good organisation & time management
- Enthusiastic worker, who welcomes ideas from others and actively shares information to support overall success of projects and tasks
- Ability to perform duties independently and to a high standard.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $24.87 - $28.69 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
