Access Specialist provides rural and indigenous Australians with specialist video appointments via referral from their GP. We work with clinics to manage and facilitate consults using our purpose
- built software and operations team.
Access Aged Care provides Nursing Home residents with a co-managed clinical care team, including nurses and GPs, Geriatricians, and other specialists resulting in an enhanced service and industry leading clinical outcomes. We partner with nursing homes at a corporate level and directly to build resident numbers and grow this innovative care model to support the aged care industry at all levels.]
Access NDIS provides participants with Allied Health services via video conference, allowing for care to be received from the safety and comfort of their homes. We work with clients from children through to adults and pride ourselves on connecting people and improving health outcomes
**Join Our Team**
We are now offering someone with the relevant skills, experience and drive an opportunity to join our team. This role is to develop and provide guidance and accountability to Access Telehealth and its divisions in quality systems and processes. The Quality Manager role will be responsible for maintaining the quality framework at all levels of business as well as oversite of the complaints and incident management system.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee quality systems to prevent and manage non-compliance with guidelines and internal policies
- Develop and oversee the organisations’ continuous improvement program, assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or success of the organisation
- Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Draft, modify and implement company policies
- Maintain records of compliance practices and ensure they are kept up to date with all changes and amendments
- Collaborate with heads of department and people and culture to ensure communication and adherence of all standards and regulations
- Provide quality advice and training to staff
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control particularly in the NDIS and Aged Care sectors
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate and required
- Maintaining quality framework meeting structure including preparation of agendas and minutes
**About you**
- Proven experience within NDIS and Aged Care quality/risk and/or auditing
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
- Ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to plan and operate strategically
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple business brands
