Baby Train is a fast growing nursery retailer that is well known for providing our customers with exceptional advice and customer service during their journey of becoming a parent. We have successfully established ourselves as a leading baby goods supplier with a passion for developing our people and providing ongoing support and training.

We are currently seeking experienced RETAIL SALES PEOPLE with strong, sales driven qualities to join our team in our Dingley Village store. Your primary focus will be to convert sales and provide excellent personalised service to our customers under the support of our leadership team.

The Retail Sales role available is a part time position (4 days a week) that will require Saturday work. (No late night or Sunday's required)

- Be customer orientated and enjoy working in a fast paced team environment
- Drive sales within our team with a confidence to share their knowledge on our products
- Merchandise our products consistent with the Baby Train image
- Follow company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:
Required
- Retail sales experience working to and exceeding sales targets
- A strong focus on building rapport with customers with a hands on approach
- A high level of energy and enthusiasm with a passion for the nursery industry
- Basic computer skills running a point of sales system
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

Desired
- Nursery retail experience preferred but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
