**About the Program**:
We’re a bit different to other internships in that we aren’t limited to final year students or only offered over summer or winter breaks. Our paid program offers you the flexibility of being able to gain valuable work experience without sacrificing your studies.

The STAR program is a 2-year program, during which time you will gain experience in different areas. You’ll have a dedicated STAR manager to support your personal development and a rotational mentor to guide you as you learn the ropes in each team. You will also have a STAR student mentor to help you find your way around and show you the best bits of the office

The STAR Program is the part time job that gives you a competitive advantage over other students when you graduate, looks great on your LinkedIn profile and provides experience learning soft skills such as:

**In this role as a STAR student, you will have the opportunity to**:

- xperience different aspects of our business, often via 6 month rotationsR

- ork on a part-time basis during the academic year with an option to work full-time over the semester break - all paid of courseE

We’re looking for University Students who are self-motivated, have initiative, perseverance, and the hunger to stay curious. We’re after people who enjoy working on meaningful innovative projects and are driven to continually learn.

- tudying Degree(s) in Business, perhaps with an IT major although other academic backgrounds will be consideredF
- **inishing their studies no earlier than end of 2027**A
- ble to work at least 2 days per week during semester (3 days preferred)H
- igh calibre, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in EnglishI
- nterested in technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challengesP
