The Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing is a Victorian public entity led by a unique Co-CEO partnership and governed by an independent skills-based Board who report to the Minister for Mental Health. In partnership with people with lived and living experiences, our core purpose is to translate evidence into innovation and effective practice and collaborate with the workforce and researchers towards our common goal of driving groundbreaking change to Victoria's Mental Health and Wellbeing system.
**About the role**:

- The Lived Experience Sector Partnerships Officer will support a diverse range of activities related to policy and program development, project management and stakeholder engagement. They will also provide secretariat support functions for key lived and living experience advisory and governance groups within the Collaborative Centre. Drawing on lived and living experience principles, the successful applicant will work as part of a team to support a range of lived experience workforce initiatives.
- Supporting the development of lived and living experience workforce policy and strategy will be a key focus for this role, as will establishing and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders and identifying and coordinating expert advice.

**About you**:

- An experienced project officer with an understanding of mental health and or alcohol or other drug (AOD) sectors?
- Able to work under pressure to meet timelines, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy in your work?
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail?
- An excellent communicator who can forge strong connections with key agencies and stakeholders?
