Our client is going through a really exciting period and the next few years and beyond will be hugely transformational for them as they navigate towards Net Zero.

The Head of Change is looking for a Change Lead for an ERP transformation. The role will report into the Program Manager with a dotted line to the HoC. They’re at inception stage and this role would assist in the scoping and looking at how the ERP will have impacts on the organisation and what the design might look like right through to delivery (need to be someone who enjoys this side of things and isn’t afraid to ‘roll their sleeves up’).

There may also be consolidation and moving around of teams in some areas. Our client is looking for someone who is seasoned in SAP / ERP programs, who really understands complex change and who has experience working with resistance/is resilient.

This role will work with senior stakeholders up to the C suite, so the person needs to be comfortable presenting to senior execs/steer cos.

About you:

- Must have end to end experience on large ERP/SAP programs
- Demonstrated ability working with resistant stakeholders
- Experience working from discovery/scoping stage through to design to delivery
- Any operating model / restructure type experience would be desirable
- Must be a senior change practitioner with strong experience
- Experience working with c-suite stakeholders or equivalent
