Change Lead

You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering a global change strategy to successfully prepare and support our people. You’ll work closely with the project team, senior business SMEs, business readiness group and technology teams to define and map personas and deliver change impact assessments and needs analysis. You’ll work with internal communications, people and culture and learning teams to create awareness and drive broad take-up and the required behaviour changes. You will need to identify and manage gaps, dependencies and risks whilst communicating effectively with all levels of stakeholders throughout the delivery.

**Key accountabilities**
- Provide the program with day-to-day change management leadership
- Establish a change management plan and own execution of the plan
- Align your approach to agile project methodology and iterative release plans
- Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership, including delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities across the program/project
- Identify all stakeholders impacted by the program
- Create a Stakeholder Management and Engagement strategy
- Represent change across all key stakeholders and delivery teams
- Drive the identification of business impacts from the program and assessment of the organisational readiness for the changes being implemented by the program.
- Develop a Training/Upskilling plan, based on a needs analysis, to support our people
- leveraging creative and engaging ways of transferring knowledge

**About you**

With a financial services background, you are a strong team player with experience in delivering change for global transformation programs. You have excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders. You are comfortable in owning and executing key change deliverables and work well with customers in different business groups and regions.

You'll have a background designing, implementing and driving change management programs for large, complex system implementations coupled with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

**You must have**:

- Over 5 years dedicated change management experience and relevant prior working history
- Change management delivery for a global program of work
- Experience working with external vendors and internal business stakeholders with different priorities
